TIM ANDERSON - Tim is the company’s founder, visionary, and resident expert in sales, marketing and customer retention. In a career spanning three decades, Tim has consistently demonstrated his ability to conceptualize, introduce, and manage highly successful initiatives that have increased corporate profitability. His efforts resulted in rapid promotion to leadership positions in enterprises ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 500 corporations as well as his recognition as the Top Producer in each of his three years with the largest business management firm in the United States. From his experience on both sides of the table, Tim understands not only what is needed, but also what it takes to transform a lackluster operation into a corporate powerhouse. It is Tim’s transforming capability that provides the focus and direction for NorthStar’s management team.

PETER KAUTZMANN - Peter is NorthStar’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Marketing, Sales, and Public Relations. He developed his expertise early in his career while serving as the CEO of a Fortune 500 subsidiary. Subsequent consulting roles as a CEO and CFO helped Peter develop the insight required to identify corporate weaknesses and, more importantly, to determine the changes that needed to be made in order to restore productivity and profitability. It is as a teacher, however, that is the capstone of Peter’s expertise. Peter owned a Marketing Consulting and Public Relations firm and is considered a Sales Guru.   Peter’s experience, expertise, and acumen in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales and Sales Training make him an invaluable member of the NorthStar team.

ALVIN A. RHONEY - Al is the team’s senior project manager, consultant, and support analyst.  A CPA and Certified Management Consultant with a degree in Business Administration from Niagara University (NY), Al has designed and supervised business< enhancement projects for companies with annual sales ranging from $250,000 to $150MM.  Prior to joining NorthStar, in his partner role with a large international CPA firm, Al provided management advisory services for clients across the entire business spectrum.  Based on his 30 years of results-oriented business and financial management, Al is ideally equipped to analyze a client’s needs and initiate the changes required to deliver results that exceed expectations and deliver quantifiable results. Moreover, he has the personality, persistence, and interpersonal skills to ensure that results are embraced by the client’s employees and integrated into the corporate culture.

ROBERT (BOB) HOLLENBECK - Bob serves as the team’s on-site analyst and change implementation expert.  Successfully re-engineering companies with sales ranging from $500,000 to $370MM, Bob has literally 'seen it all' and introduced changes that have promoted growth, efficiency, and profitability.  Moreover, by working with a wide array of companies (e.g., architectural, computer hardware/software, contracting, construction, distribution, engineering, gas & petroleum, health care, hospitality, manufacturing, printing, service), Bob understands the unique requirements present throughout the business community.
Not satisfied with 'cookie cutter' approaches or solutions, Bob thoroughly analyzes a business’ Administration, Finance, Operations, Production, and Sales/Marketing sectors and then develops a custom-designed report to identify the opportunities that will enable a client to achieve substantial, quantifiable improvements. These improvements typically refocuses a client’s goals, revitalize a client’s operations, and re-energize a client’s staff.

MARVIN JACKSON, Project Manager - Marvin joined NorthStar in 2010 to assist the company with its expanding project management tasks. As a former CEO, COO, production manager, and project manager, Marvin is intimately familiar with the process required to bring a project from inception to completion. Equally important, Marvin’s diversified projects (e.g., workouts, start-ups, established companies) and his wide-ranging industrial involvement (e.g., architecture, automotive, contracting, distribution, engineering, hospitality, manufacturing, networking, printing, R&D, retail, telecommunications, transportation), have allowed him to work through most of the project management problems that NorthStar clients might encounter. Moreover, his equally diversified educational background (MBA in Business Management, BS in Computer Science) gives Marvin the academic tools that complement his real-world experience. Without question, Marvin can deliver the results that NorthStar clients expect . . . and deserve.
